1)Do you feel your group is working as a team? Why or why not?
Yes,I think in my absence my team was working well together, and in the time I've worked with that I helped them work on the project I see them working together well as definately true.
2)How have you changed your behavior so the team could be better?
I don't think I've changed my behavior, but I think I've got down 2 buisiness quicker than if I was doing the project alone.
3)What does your team need to do in order to make this a better experience for everyone?
They need 2 stop arguing with eachother and just get the work down.
4)Do you believe your project will be completed by March 27th? Why or why not?
I think if we work a little bit faster and we be a little more efficient, maybe.

The hardest thing I worked on in Mr.Hsu's class so far has been the motion tweens. Even though I felt they were hard I still had fun doing them. Before this class I wondered how they did commercials with motion tweens in them, now I know and I can judge because mine wasn't that bad.

Questions about Tom Hayden

1)What did you think of Tom Hayden?
I thought he was going to be an older man,and I was suprised how very smart but also very down yo earth he actually was.

2)Tom Hayden does not think of himself as a Civil Rights leader.Do you see him as one?Why or why not?
Yes, I think in some ways Tom Hayden is a Civil Rights leader.I think that all true leaders, don't call themselves leaders, they just turn out that way,and thats how I see Tom Hayden.

3)Tom Hayden feels that leaders are not as important as the hundreds or thousands of people of people behind them. What does he mean by that?
I thnk he means that you can be a natural born leader, very charismatic ,and you could have a great idea to help people. But if you don't have followers, then a leader is no good because he or her has no one to lead.
